Here at Ruin & Reverie we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our handmade jewelry, collars, and body adornment. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the following refund policy to see how we can assist you.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • All jewelry, collars, and harnesses must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Design and material deposits are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ruinreverie.com with the following information:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  2. Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, ship the item back to us.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if it meets the criteria.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

  • Design Deposits: Deposits for design fees and materials are non-refundable

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
